The Role*Drive process improvements across manufacturing operations.

*Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

*Support production with technical problem solving and root cause analysis.

*Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

*Help deliver new equipment, automation and process improvements.

About You*Experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

*A proactive engineer who enjoys improving processes and making a tangible impact.
