Warehouse - Taiko Acton- BONSAI
Contract: Full Time Salary: £45,000-£50,000 Contracted Hours: 45

About You
You’re someone who takes ownership and makes things happen:
*Proven experience in logistics, import/export or supply chain (FMCG or food manufacturing is a big plus)
*Strong knowledge of international trade, customs compliance and Incoterms
*Experience managing freight forwarders, 3PLs and logistics partners
*Comfortable working with ERP/WMS systems and data (Excel skills essential)
*A natural problem-solver with strong organisational and negotiation skills
*Confident communicating and influencing across teams and stakeholders
*A continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma experience is a bonus)
Key Responsibilities
Imports & Exports
*Own all import and export activity — documentation, compliance, freight and delivery
*Ensure shipments meet UK, EU and international trade and food safety regulations
*Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, hauliers and customs agents
*Monitor shipments, troubleshoot delays and keep everything moving
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
*Oversee the flow of goods from supplier to production and factory to customer
*Work closely with warehouse teams to improve stock accuracy and efficiency
*Track and drive performance through KPIs (delivery, cost, turnaround, inventory)
*Support peak periods, product launches and promotional planning
Continuous Improvement
*Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste and improve performance
*Use data to identify opportunities and drive smarter ways of working
*Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement and Quality teams
*Deliver clear reporting and insights to support business decisions
