You will be working in the Building Services OU based in 51 Moorgate in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a MEP Commercial Manager who will successfully manage the MEP project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member of the project team.
As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will:
*Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract.
*Preparation of procurement documents for packages including scopes, quantification, tender method, negotiation, and subcontract documentation.
*Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled.
*Engage with health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives and activities.
*Collaborate with the team to deliver quality and efficient solutions.
*Comply with Skanska governance procedures and authority levels.
We are looking for:
*Experience of commercially running large MEP projects
*Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10-50M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
*Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract
*Relevant CSCS Card and SMSTS
*Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
