We are currently seeking 2 experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople for an ASAP start, working on behalf of a social housing maintenance contractor in Leicestershire.
Your new role
Working across occupied and void residential properties, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, delivering high-quality work in a customer-focused environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for operatives experienced in:
*Double glazing (repairs, seals, hinges & handles)
*External door repairs (locks, hinges, adjustments)
*Internal joinery (doors, skirting, architraves, handrails)
*Plastering (patch work)
*Kitchen repairs (units, worktops, sinks, taps)
*Basic plumbing
*External joinery & minor roof repairs
*Guttering repairs & replacements
*Wall & floor tiling
*Meter box repairs
Requirements
*Previous social housing experience (essential)
*Trade qualification (preferred)
*Own tools
*Own transport
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
