Looking for a stable, long-term role where you can genuinely make a difference?
We’re recruiting for a Porter to join a small, prestigious residential development in Pimlico/Victoria. This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position within a quiet development of around 50 apartments, home to long-term residents who value a friendly, familiar face.
The role includes:
*Assisting residents with day-to-day requests
*Managing parcels and deliveries
*Coordinating contractors and site access
*Carrying out regular building inspections
*Monitoring security and communal areas
*Reporting maintenance issues and keeping accurate logs
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Friendly and approachable
*Reliable and proactive
*Happy working independently
*Takes pride in delivering excellent resident service
*Looking for a long-term opportunity
