We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Hire Desk Coordinatior to join my clients team. This role is central to the day-to-day operation of the hire desk, ensuring equipment is hired out efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Role:
*Responsible for coordinating hire bookings and dealing with enquiries
*Scheduling deliveries and collections of equiptment
*Manage incoming hire enquiries by telephone and email.
*Process equipment hire bookings accurately and efficiently.
*Sending out invoices
*Sending quotes to customers when needed
*Coordinate equipment availability with the transport, and operations teams.
*Liaise with customers, drivers, engineers, and depot staff to ensure a smooth hire process.
*Monitor active hires, extensions, off-hires, and equipment returns.
*Resolve customer queries promptly
*Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience:
Experience in working within a scheduling or hire role
