£550-600/day overall assignment rate to umbrella
6-month initial contract
3 days a week onsite in London
Working with a leading retail client who have identified challenges around data quality across HR, identity, and directory platforms.
The programme requires a focused effort to identify, cleanse, and improve data quality at source, working across global business units.
Data Quality Analyst, key skills:
*Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst within complex enterprise environments
*Experience working on data quality, data remediation, or data governance initiative
*Identifying and resolving data quality issues
*Improving controls around data input and governance within systems
*Supporting better downstream integration into AD and access management systems
*Enabling improved security, compliance, and reporting capabilities
*Ability to translate data issues into actionable business requirements
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and operational teams
*Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
*Ability to facilitate remediation activity across different business units
Desirable:
*Experience working within identity, access management or directory environments
*Understanding of Active Directory or similar identity systems
*Experience working with HR data or workforce systems
