*Job Type: Full-time, 20-month FTC (37 hours per week)
*Hybrid Working: Minimum of 3 days per week onsite
Join United Utilities as we embark on AMP8, our next major phase of growth and innovation. We are seeking a seasoned HR Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact HR change programmes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in HR project delivery within unionised environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver HR workstreams of business change projects from initiation to closure.
*Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices, and new ways of working.
*Collaborate with specialist HR teams (Reward, L&D, HRBPs) to ensure seamless implementation.
*Run consultation activities and build strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
*Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex HR matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*In-depth experience managing HR projects such as TUPE, restructures, reward, and T&Cs.
*Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
*Proven experience working in unionised environments.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*CIPD qualified Level 5.
