Full job descriptionFinance Analyst
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing FMCG business who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team to take over complex reconciliations and reporting across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual store reconciliations.
*Prepare client reconciliation reports.
*Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
*Investigate and resolve transaction variances.
*Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of store activity.
*Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds with Finance.
*Monitor escrow balances and reporting.
*Work with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing.
*Work with Store Development to raise accurate platform charge billing.
*Present financial information clearly and professionally.
Requirements
*ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
*Experience handling complex reconciliations
*Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex reconciliation workbooks
*Inventory accounting experience
*Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary + Other information
*Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
*Paying £50,000 to £55,000
*Based a short walk from Royal Oak Station
