What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing rental enquiries and conducting property viewings
*Securing tenancies and negotiating rental agreements
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
*Ensuring properties are let efficiently and compliantly
*Working to and exceeding lettings targets
*Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Experience in residential lettings essential
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Professional, presentable, and confident
*Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
*Good local knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
