Smart Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in the Studley Area.

Job Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant
· Minimum 6 months UK experience in a Primary school
· Strong classroom and behaviour management
· Confident and supporting with learning and behaviour
· Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the Update service (or willingness to obtain one)
· SEN Experience desirable
Role responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
· Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom
· Work collaboratively with Teachers, support staff and SEN teams
· Follow school policies and expectations
· Working with pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
· Working across Key stag 1 and Key stage 2
