Full job descriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Commercial Account Handler to join a leading national insurance broker. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation, with a clear pathway towards progression into an Account Executive role.
Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you will provide essential support in the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, delivering excellent service and helping to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Account Executives, clients, and insurers, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products and risks.

The successful candidate will have experience within a commercial insurance environment, with strong communication and organisational skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within the industry. You will be confident managing client enquiries, preparing documentation, supporting renewals, processing adjustments, and providing a high standard of service throughout the client journey.
