HR People Advisor
Gloucester (Hybrid)
£35,000–£40,000
I’m currently partnering with a growing client that’s looking to appoint a HRPeople Advisor to join their collaborative team based in Gloucester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to work with a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors.
The Role
As a People Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner, supporting teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll provide practical, commercially focused HR advice while helping businesses create positive workplace cultures.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to a portfolio of teams.
*Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.
*Producing contracts, letters and employee documentation while maintaining accurate HR records.
*Advising on HR policies, employment legislation and compliance.
*Supporting onboarding, offboarding and wider HR administration.
*Delivering HR projects covering areas such as employee engagement, EDI, talent management, salary benchmarking and workplace culture.
*Using HR data and reporting to provide valuable business insights.
About You
I’m keen to speak with HR professionals who have:
*Previous experience in a generalist HR Administrator or HR Advisor.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work proactively.
*Experience using HR systems and producing high-quality HR documentation.
Experience working within a organisation supporting multiple clients would be advantageous
A CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is desirable, along with a full UK driving licence, as occasional travel to client sites may be required.
What’s on Offer
*Hybrid working
*Salary of £30,000–£35,000
*35-hour working week
*Exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries
*A supportive, collaborative team environment
*Genuine opportunities for development and progression
If you’re looking for a varied HR role where no two days are the same and you can build strong client relationships while developing your career, I’d love to hear from you.
