*Salary: £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £80,000 - £100,000 OTE)

The OpportunityWe are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Lettings Manager / Business Manager to take full ownership of their prime West London office.
Unlike mature, static management desks, this position gives you the autonomy to truly shape the future of the branch. You will be tasked with accelerating new business generation, capturing local market share, and strategically recruiting, training, and scaling a high-performing team around you.
Key Responsibilities*New Business Generation: Proactively win new landlord instructions and drive managed portfolio penetration across West London.
*Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales and lettings team as the office footprint expands.
*Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging networking, market research, and local connections to generate high-value valuation opportunities.
*Financial Performance: Deliver consistent monthly deal flow and drive strong revenue growth across all managed and premium services.
*Deal Progression: Oversee strict pipeline management and deal progression while maintaining exceptional compliance and customer service standards.
The Ideal Candidate*Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience within the London residential lettings market, with a history of winning instructions.
*Leadership Experience: Previous management, assistant management, or senior leadership experience within a fast-paced property environment.
*Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives with responsibility and is highly motivated by uncapped financial growth.
*Commercial Intelligence: Strong understanding of modern lettings compliance, legislation, and high-performance sales structures.
*Polished & Professional: Exceptionally organized, resilient, articulate, and a masterful negotiator.
