AssocRICS qualified and looking to join a surveying practice that genuinely values quality over quantity?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice renowned for its professional standards, supportive culture, and commitment to staff development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a remote-based role with manageable workloads, outstanding benefits, and genuine long-term career progression.
Working across both residential and commercial sectors, you’ll be supported by an experienced central team, allowing you to focus on delivering a first-class service to clients.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
*Undertake RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required)
*Complete Red Book Valuations
*Carry out bespoke Building Surveys
*Undertake both private and panel work
*Liaise with the centralised hub to manage appointments efficiently
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Deliver accurate reports in accordance with RICS standards
*Manage your own workload while maintaining exceptional service levels
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*AssocRICS qualified or above
*Registered Valuer Status (VRS)
*Proven experience within residential surveying
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*Basic salary of £45,000 - £60,000
*Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £90,000
*10% commission on personal net billings
*Remote/home-based working
*Full-time or part-time hours available
