Full job descriptionOur client is a highly respected independent insurance brokerage that has built an excellent reputation through delivering outstanding client service, technical expertise and long-standing relationships.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Broker with strong Property & Casualty experience to join the team.
The Role
This is a broad, client-facing position, working closely with the leadership team and managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients.
Responsibilities will include:
*Managing and developing commercial client relationships across a range of industries.
*Providing advice across a broad spectrum of Property & Casualty risks.
*Handling renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
*Negotiating with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
*Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing relationships.
*Delivering a high level of technical and relationship-led service.
*Working collaboratively within a small team where everyone plays an important role in the success of the business.
About You
We’re keen to speak with individuals who:
*Have solid commercial insurance broking experience.
*Possess strong technical knowledge across Property & Casualty insurance.
*Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and insurer partners.
*Are proactive, commercially minded and self-sufficient.
*Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy the variety that comes with working in a smaller business.
*Want the opportunity to make a genuine impact and help shape the future direction of a growing independent brokerage.
