*Process and manage incoming payments in an accurate and timely manner.
*Maintain detailed and organised financial records for accounts receivable.
*Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment-related queries efficiently.
*Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for review.
*Support the broader Accounting & Finance team with relevant tasks.
*Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory financial guidelines.
*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment issues.
*Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:
*Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, particularly in accounts receivable.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in financial software netsuite
*Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
*The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving discrepancies.
