We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Chelmsford.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*Basic £25,000
*OTE £40,000
*Uncapped commission
*Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm (1 Saturday off per month, with day back in lieu)
*5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*Match buyers with the right homes based on their needs and aspirations
*Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email
*Proactively call out new instructions to prospective buyers
*Book and conduct viewings, delivering engaging property tours
*Guide clients through the sales process from offer to completion
*Act as a trusted advisor to both sellers and buyers, supporting them through every stage of the sale
*Keep sellers updated on viewings, feedback, and market conditions to secure sales quickly and at the right price
*Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, always aiming for a smooth, stress-free experience
*Help market properties through online portals, social media, and our in-house platforms
*Monitor and report on property performance, adjusting strategy as needed to attract buyers
*Negotiate offers and terms to achieve the best outcome for all parties
*Handle objections, clarify queries, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements
*Keep sellers informed at every step to ensure transparency and confidence
*Keep all systems and records up to date, including applicant details and sales progression notes
*Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company standards
*Liaise with the sales progression and property management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*At least 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Ideally local knowledge of Chelmsford/Essex
*Confident communicator, both verbal and written
*Strong negotiation, sales, and problem-solving abilities
*Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a busy schedule
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
