About Us We are an expanding brand specialising in a unique line of Gifting.
As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Amazon & E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our digital storefronts, drive sales, and maintain the daily health of our marketplace channels.
Role Summary The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, data-driven e-commerce professional with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and other major online marketplaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our catalogues, from optimising product listings and managing PPC campaigns to coordinating inventory shipments and ensuring strict account compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue & Listing Management
*Create, optimise, and manage product listings across Amazon and other marketplace channels.
*Conduct ongoing keyword research and implement SEO best practices for titles, bullet points, and backend search terms to maximise organic ranking.
*Oversee the upload and management of high-quality imagery, A+ Content, and storefront design.
*Troubleshoot and resolve catalogue issues, including suppressed listings, variation errors, and categorisation updates.
Advertising & Promotional Strategy
*Develop, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns
*Monitor daily advertising budgets, targeting a healthy ACoS and TACoS while scaling revenue.
*Plan and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, vouchers, and Prime Day events to increase sales velocity.
Inventory & Fulfilment Logistics
*Monitor inventory levels across FBA and any Merchant Fulfilled channels to prevent stockouts and avoid long-term storage fees.
*Create inbound shipment plans, ensuring strict adherence to marketplace packaging and labelling requirements.
*Work closely with our supply chain team to forecast demand based on seasonal trends and sales velocity.
Account Health & Customer Experience
*Monitor account health dashboards daily to ensure strict compliance with marketplace policies and maintain excellent performance metrics
*Proactively open and manage seller support cases to resolve technical, inventory, or policy issues.
*Manage buyer communications, handle return inquiries, and address negative feedback professionally to protect brand reputation.
Reporting & Analytics
*Track and report weekly on key performance indicators (KPIs) including unit sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profit margins.
*Analyse platform fees, advertising spend, and fulfilment costs to ensure overall channel profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
*Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
*Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns.
*Deep understanding of Amazon’s A9 search algorithm, SEO principles, and catalogue troubleshooting.
*Familiarity with FBA logistics, shipment creation, and inventory forecasting.
*Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace data reporting.
*Excellent written English and communication skills.
*Experience with other platforms (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Walmart) is a strong plus.
