Full job descriptionAbout the RoleOur client, an established online retailer specialising in outdoor products, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their busy team during their peak summer period.
The company sells a wide range of products through Amazon, eBay, Temu, B&Q, and its own established e-commerce website. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the online retail and e-commerce sector.
This is a temporary position to support the business through its busy summer period, with an expected end date of approximately September 2026.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a varied office administration role, with duties including:
*Responding to customer email enquiries
*Processing customer returns
*General office administration tasks
*Providing excellent customer service
*Supporting the wider office team as required
About YouOur client is looking for a hard-working and dependable individual with:
*Strong customer service skills
*A positive, can-do attitude
*Good computer literacy
*Excellent communication skills
*The ability to work well as part of a small team
*A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Previous office administration experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours*40 hours per week
*National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (depending on age and eligibility)
*Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
*Days off: Saturday and one of Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (to be confirmed)
