Our client is an award-winning construction visualisation company specialising in construction animations, 4D sequencing, logistics planning and visual communications.
They work with many of the UK’s and US’s leading contractors, helping them win projects through compelling visual content for tenders, client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an for an organised, proactive and client-focused Client Manager to become the main point of contact between the construction clients and internal production team.
The Role
This is a relationship and coordination role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Once a project has been secured, you will become the client’s primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication from project kick-off through to final delivery.
You will attend Microsoft Teams meetings with clients, gather project information, understand their requirements, coordinate communication between clients and our clients animators and 3D modellers, monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.
You will play a key role in keeping projects organised, ensuring clear communication between clients and our production team, helping to remove obstacles, and making sure everyone has the information they need to deliver exceptional work on time. Working closely with both clients and our production team, you will help maintain project momentum, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the main point of contact for clients once a project has been awarded.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, bid teams and project stakeholders.
*Attend Microsoft Teams meetings with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
*Coordinate communication between clients and our clients animation and 3D modelling teams.
*Produce meeting notes, action lists and follow up on outstanding information.
*Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines remain on track.
*Work closely with the animators and 3D modellers throughout production to ensure everyone has the information they need.
*Keep clients regularly updated on project progress and manage expectations.
*Identify potential delays or issues early and work with both clients and the production team to resolve them.
*Ensure all project information, drawings and client feedback are communicated clearly and efficiently.
*Help ensure every project is delivered on time and to the exceptionally high standards our clients expect.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally come from a construction background and understand how construction projects, tender submissions and client teams operate.
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors, bid teams, consultancies or construction project teams would be highly advantageous.
*Previous experience in a client-facing coordination, account management, client services or project support role.
*A construction industry background.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational and time management abilities.
*Confidence in leading client meetings and communicating with senior stakeholders.
*The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving.
*The ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
