Part time Sales Ledger
Location: AlertSystems Ltd, Trowbridge BA14 (fully site-based)
Hours: 25 per week
Start date: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
*Produce customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
*Chase outstanding customer debt and maintain the Sales Ledger.
*Respond to customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
*Generate customer statements.
*Carry out customer credit checks.
*Prepare month end customer reports.
*Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.
Essential skills
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a Sales Ledger role.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong numerical and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
*Competent in using Microsoft Office.
The Package
*Annual salary: £17,680.
*Hours: 25 per week, 08:30 -13.30 or 09:00 – 14:00, Monday-Friday
*22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
*Group Pension contributions.
