You will be working within a supportive and professional team environment, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs. What You Will Be Doing
*Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in line with their personal care plans
*Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
*Supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life
*Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and community activities
*Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes
What We Are Looking For
*Previous experience in a support worker, care worker, or similar role is desirable
*A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference
*A warm, patient, and empathetic approach
*Good communication skills — both written and verbal
*Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shift patterns as required
*A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
*A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential depending on the role
