The Opportunity
We are a growing specialist employer operating in fast-paced environment. We focus on designing learning to support business improve operationally, help with driving behavioural change, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Our dedicated learning space is where ideas are brought to life through immersive experiences. It brings together clients, partners, and our wider community to learn, experiment and collaborate. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging environment while capturing and sharing the stories that emerge from it.
About the Role
This is not a traditional hosting role. It combines hospitality, communications, content creation, and community building.
You will:
*Create an exceptional and memorable experience for every visitor
*Curate a welcoming, inspiring environment
*Capture and share stories from events and interactions
*Coordinate workshops, events, and community sessions
*Help establish the space as a recognised hub for learning and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Community & Experience
*Manage the day-to-day running of the learning space
*Prepare and maintain a welcoming and professional environment
*Host visitors, clients, and partners
*Support and deliver workshops, events, and learning sessions
*Coordinate suppliers, facilities, and logistics
*Continuously improve the visitor experience
Content & Communications
*Capture insights, conversations, and key moments
*Create and publish content across website and social channels
*Support newsletters and internal communications
*Coordinate photography, video, and creative assets
*Build and maintain a content library
Events & Partnerships
*Plan and coordinate events and community gatherings
*Support facilitators, speakers, and external partners
*Manage logistics before, during, and after events
*Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and community engagement
*Gather feedback and improve future experiences
