Hours: 09.30 – 15.00

Role Purpose:
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised and super-efficient Senior Administrator to provide essential administrative and process support to our client and various teams, whilst operating within GDPR and relevant frameworks. Using your excellent organisation skills this role would suit a PA or a super strong Administrator, with strong empathy skills and a caring nature this role could be for you.
Key Duties:
*First point of contact for Clients via phone or email, dealing with queries
*Manage appointments and send appointment follow ups
*Follow set administrative procedures
*Maintenance of confidential client records and CRM management
*Diary management for several teams
*Handle sensitive client information in line with GDPR and confidentiality policies.
*Liaise with clients, counsellors, external agencies, and partners.
*Coordinate internal meetings, supervision sessions, and case reviews.
*Track metrics and compile reports
*Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
*Take minutes at meetings ensuing accuracy and attention to detail
*A variety of administrative duties, compiling reports, onboarding of new clients, recording and managing complaints
*Handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
*The role may entail working outside of your normal hours which will be returned as TOIL.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*Previous administrative experience within a busy role ideally within a healthcare of service delivery setting
*Competent at diary management for multiple people/teams
*Adept at managing confidential data
*Professional, and able to liaise at all levels.
*Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
*Pc literate and competent on all MS packages
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
*An understanding of GDPR
*Ability to go above and beyond and offer a competent, 5 star support service to clients
