Full job descriptionJob title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: £40-50k OTE
Location: Chelmsford
My client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in winning valuations. Looking to further your career in property and estate agency, they are looking for individuals who want to be part of their development & management programme.
Requirements:
*Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
*Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
*Sales progression
*Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also
*At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator essential
Attributes:
*Self-motivated and target driven
*Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
*Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
*Excellent communication skills.
