As Audit Senior, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied and interesting portfolio of clients, building direct client relationships and playing an active role in the development of junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities*Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
*Preparing and reviewing audit files, ensuring work meets the highest technical standards
*Supervising and coaching junior members of the audit team on assignments
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
*Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners
*Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
*At least three years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior team members effectively
*Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner
*Well organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
