Senior Lettings Consultant - High Wycombe
Full Time £23,000 Basic + car allowance - £37,000 OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards.
The Role
You will manage the full applicant journey from initial registration through to move-in, including:
*Conducting property viewings
*Applicant registration and qualification
*Referencing and AML checks
*Tenancy progression and creation
*Handover into the property management CRM
*Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the process
*Upselling products to existing and new landlords
*Discuss and update landlords on marketing of their properties
*Assist and support the office with the day to day running and branch administration
*Assist in business generation and support in the branch achieving monthly sales targets
Experience Required
*Previous experience within residential lettings
*Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team
*Confident exercising judgement in tenant selection
*Working under pressure in order to meet deadlines
*Must hold a full driving licence
*Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Package
*£23,000 basic salary with an OTE of £37,000
*Car allowance available
