The Opportunity
As Head of Engineering Projects, you will take ownership of engineering delivery across complex, fast-paced projects, acting as a key leader within project teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping project and engineering delivery, helping to strengthen organisational capability and support the development of future operating structures. What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Head of Engineering Projects with experience delivering complex, bespoke, multidisciplinary engineering projects in low-volume, high-value environments.

*Strong commercial awareness, including risk management and project costing
*Experience managing cross-functional teams across mechanical, structural, electrical and controls disciplines
