An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded Family team in the City. Supporting senior fee earners on complex, high-value matters, you’ll work with an impressive client base in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role:
*Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to a busy legal team
*Diary and inbox management, meeting and travel coordination
*Preparing legal documents, court bundles and correspondence
*Client and matter onboarding, AML/KYC compliance and file management
*Billing, expenses and financial administration
*Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties
The Candidate:
*At least 3 years’ Legal PA experience within a contentious area of law (Family experience preferred)
*Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and case management systems
*Professional, proactive and able to thrive in a busy, high-performing team
What’s on Offer:
*Up to £48,000 depending on experience
*Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
