Description
*Project management of multiple Reward projects, focusing on Pay Transparency readiness, pay benchmarking, incentive re-design, job architecture & share plan optimisation.
*Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and standards.
*Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of reward initiatives.
*Support the broader Human Resource and Reward team
Profile
A successful Reward Project Lead should have:
*A strong background in Reward and Project Management
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
*Multinational experience
*Exposure to large organisational change
*A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
*Competitive FTC salary
*6-12 month contract
*Role can be based anywhere in the UK with requirement to go into the office 1 day per week.
