The role
We are looking for a warm, driven Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for people enquiring about our treatments, and to guide them from their first enquiry through to a booked, confirmed consultation.
You will be the friendly, reassuring voice (mostly over WhatsApp and phone) who answers questions, builds trust, and helps prospective patients feel confident about taking the next step. This is a target-driven, conversion-focused role, ideal for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, or patient care who loves turning interest into action. If you are motivated by helping people make a decision they will be happy with, and by hitting targets while doing it, this is for you.
What you will do
*Respond quickly and warmly to new enquiries, mostly via WhatsApp and phone
*Answer questions about treatments and what to expect, with empathy and reassurance, and explain how our tailored consultations work
*Guide prospective patients to book a consultation and help them feel confident about attending
*Follow up thoughtfully with people who have not yet booked, over days and weeks, until they are ready
*Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows through friendly, personal contact
*Re-engage people who missed or cancelled an appointment and help them rebook
*Keep accurate notes in our CRM so every patient gets a seamless experience
About you
*Experience converting warm leads or enquiries in sales, aesthetics, private healthcare, hospitality, or high-end retail
*A natural communicator who is persuasive and warm in writing (this role lives on WhatsApp)
*Emotionally intelligent and great at building trust with people making a personal, considered decision
*Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards targets
*Confident with CRM systems and messaging tools
*Calm under pressure, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
Nice to have
*Background in medical aesthetics, cosmetic, or private healthcare
*Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms
What we offer
*Basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-based commission linked to the consultations you book and convert, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 to £45,000

Hours
Full-time, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Being responsive across our opening hours is central to the role, as quick replies to enquiries are what turn interest into booked consultations.
