We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel on the outskirts of Colchester for a talented Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen brigade.
Working with fresh, seasonal produce, you’ll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional standards, and play a key role in delivering outstanding food. Previous Rosette experience is preferred, but chefs from other quality fresh food backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The Role
*Run your own section with confidence.
*Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
*Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
*Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
*Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience as a Chef de Partie.
*Previous Rosette experience preferred.
*Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
*A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
*Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen.
