We are working with an exciting recruitment company that operate in the UK and Globally. They cover a number of sectors and have some great clients across the business.


The are looking for someone that has strong experience in the Energy Recruitment sector and looking for a progressive move where they can take change of a small team and grow this out.


Although you will be expected to be a strong billing manager and win new business there is alos some very strong established relationships within the business that you can utalise to grow and build this division.


You will motivate and drive the team as well as lead by example with your knowledge and commitment within the sector. The company want to invest into the team and business and will offer an outstanding OTE


A strong understanding and success within Energy recruitment is a must as is a proven track record of beating and smashing targets. Although this is a hands on role due to the size of the company you will be expected to have input into the strategy and direction and be continuously looking to make improvements as a leader in the business
