Full-Time / Long-Term Position
Veritas Education are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school and inspire students through a vibrant and engaging music curriculum, with opportunities available for an immediate start or from September.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The RoleAs a Music Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to develop their musical knowledge, creativity, and performance skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about promoting a love of music and supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
*Inspire students through practical and theoretical music activities
*Prepare students for performances, assessments, and examinations where applicable
*Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
*Contribute to extracurricular music activities, concerts, and school productions
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching Music within a UK secondary school setting
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
