Full job descriptionRegistered Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home Kidderminster Shropshire DY14
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed therapeutic children’s home, supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is an opportunity to build a home where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.
Our approach is rooted in PACE and DDP, placing connection, trust, and emotional safety at the heart of everything we do.
This is a unique opportunity to build a service from the ground up—recruit your own team, shape the home’s culture and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can heal, grow and thrive.
As part of an established and growing organisation, you’ll be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team throughout registration and beyond. You’ll also have access to our bespoke Managers Development Programme, leadership coaching and therapeutic training, giving you the opportunity to continue growing your career.
We invest in our managers, give them the autonomy to lead with confidence, and provide the support needed to create homes where children can truly thrive. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact while developing your own career, we’d love to hear from you.
