Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plant engineer to work on a varied fleet of construction equipment, carrying out maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs both in the workshop and at customer sites. A company van will be provided.
Key Responsibilities*Maintain, service and repair a large fleet of construction plant machinery.
*Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults efficiently and safely.
*Work on a wide range of equipment, including:*Excavators (800kg to 14 tonnes)
*Tracked and wheeled dumpers (up to 9 tonnes)
*Telehandlers
*Rollers
*Other construction plant machinery

*Complete service records and inspection certificates accurately.
*Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard and is safe for hire.
*Carry out both workshop-based and mobile service work as required.
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
*The ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
*High-quality welding skills.
*Previous experience working on construction plant machinery.
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

*Monday to Friday working hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm.
