The Role
*Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and web chat
*Provide friendly and professional customer support
*Resolve customer queries and escalate where necessary
*Update customer information on the customer relationship management system
*Work closely with internal teams
*Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
*Support with general administrative tasks

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Positive, organised and eager to learn
*Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
