Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
*You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
*Manage the companies shared email inbox.
*Keep the CRM database up to date, logging interactions, next actions, and customer feedback.
*Provide administration support to the Key Account Managers, including preparation of documents, checking deliveries, and updating order details.
*Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring a professional response within service level targets.
*Quote follow-ups: Track and follow up quotations, ensuring responses are timely and recorded.
*Customer calls: Make outbound calls to progress enquiries, gather feedback, or provide updates.
*Escalation & communication: Flag urgent or complex issues to colleagues quickly and clearly.

Customer Service Administrator Requirements
*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Comfortable learning a CRM database.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Email.
*A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
*To be proactive, enthusiastic, with a positive approach.
Hours
*Monday to Friday
*8am to 4:30pm within 30-minute lunch break
