Full job descriptionOur client is looking for someone on a contract basis as a property professional to help primarily undertake some non-residential property/land asset disposals. There may also be some acquisitions potentially involved in the commission as well as potentially some lease renewals and reviews.


Below is a short outline of the requirements in respect of the asset disposals work.




Functions in respect of Property Asset Disposals part only:
*Advise on the most effective disposal strategy (sale, lease, auction, tender, or transfer).
*Carry out or commission property valuations.
*Estimate market value and disposal proceeds.
*Prepare property for disposal.
*Negotiate terms and contractual conditions.
*Manage bids and offers.
*Liaise with stakeholders.
*Present recommendations to the client.
*Instruct solicitors and monitor legal progress.
*Ensure disposals comply with legislation, planning requirements, and organisational policies.
*Manage any completion processes including the removal of the property from the asset control systems.
