Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester to recruit a Temporary Receptionist for a one-week holiday cover assignment.
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary (1 week)
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Office-based
We’re looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist who is available to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy office environment, providing front-of-house support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.
Key Responsibilities:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
*Managing shared email inboxes
*Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
*Providing general administrative support as required
*Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
About You:
*Previous reception or administrative experience
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office
*Reliable, organised and able to work independently
*Available for an immediate start
