A leading specialist insurance business is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join its finance team. This role will see you managing a portfolio of broker accounts, driving cash collection, resolving account queries, and supporting ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage broker accounts and issue monthly statements.
*Chase outstanding debt and build strong broker relationships.
*Allocate cash, resolve unallocated funds, and complete reconciliations.
*Escalate aged debt issues and provide regular reporting.
*Chair stakeholder meetings to address credit control matters.
*Identify process improvements and support continuous development initiatives.
*Assist with audits and wider finance team activities.
Requirements:
*Experience within an IBA, broking, MGA, or insurer environment.
*Strong credit control and broker accounting knowledge.
*Proven reconciliation experience.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Strong Excel and analytical skills.
*Team leadership experience desirable.
*Knowledge of Sequel Eclipse is advantageous.
