This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with directors and partners while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

As a Client Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a proactive, high-quality service.

Responsibilities will include:

*Managing a diverse portfolio of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across a range of industries.

*Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns prepared by the wider team.

*Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical advice.

*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

*Identifying tax planning and advisory opportunities and working alongside specialist teams where appropriate.

*Managing client deadlines, budgets and workflow to ensure work is delivered efficiently.

*Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.




Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with relevant practice experience).

*Previous experience working within a UK firm of Chartered Accountants.

*Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.

*Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business taxation.

*Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

*Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.

*Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.


Benefits*Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualification status.
