We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties
*Handling service charge enquiries
*Investigating and resolving lease breaches
*Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams
*Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement
About You:
*Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management
*Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
*Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
*Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
