Location: Exeter or Weston (Hybrid working available)
Contract: 37 hours per week | Temporary until September 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases and delivering effective enforcement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
