Job Overview
*Provide home-based care for complex emotional & mental health needs (shifts: 8 hours, varied patterns).
*Manage mobility, vital signs, nutrition, companionship & medication.
*Ensure reflective, values-driven care in people’s homes.
Key Responsibilities
*Support mobility with basic moving/handling.
*Monitor vitals (BP, temp, pulse); prep meals & maintain hygiene.
*Offer emotional/financial support; document accurately.
Required Qualifications & Experience
*1.5+ years in community/home care, focusing on mental health, autism, learning disabilities & diverse groups.
*Full UK driving licence (essential for transport).
*PMVA training required.
