Location: Bloxwich
Basic Salary: Up to £33,000
OTE:£45,000+
Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading a successful, high-performing branch in Bloxwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Negotiator or Valuer ready to move into management while remaining hands-on with valuations, sales and business generation.
Key Responsibilities*Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
*Carry out property valuations and convert market appraisals into instructions.
*Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
*Coach, motivate and support the sales team to achieve targets.
*Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants.
*Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
*Monitor branch performance and contribute to business growth.
*Step into the Branch Manager’s role when required.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within residential estate agency.
*Experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager.
*Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Target-driven with a proactive approach.
*Full UK Driving License.
