*Develop and deliver a content and storytelling strategy across channels
*Create engaging content including articles, social posts, video, and email campaigns
*Gather and write sensitive, real-life stories for multiple audiences
*Support video production, including planning, filming, and distribution
*Work with agencies and creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content
*Manage story databases, consent processes, and content usage tracking
*Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and organisational goals
*Monitor budgets and support best practice in content and storytelling across teams
Profile
*Proven experience creating engaging written and digital content
*Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences
*Experience interviewing individuals and handling sensitive information professionally
*Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
*Confident building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
*Experience using CMS platforms and digital communication tools
*Strong organisational, communication, and content planning skills
*Proactive, creative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
