Purchase To Pay Delivery Officer (FTC to March 2027)
Location: Hybrid
Contract: Fixed-Term
We’re supporting a large organisation undergoing a major finance transformation and are looking for a P2P Delivery Officer to play a key role in delivering an end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution as part of a wider enterprise systems programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the rollout of a modern, streamlined P2P function, working across Purchasing, Finance, and wider business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities*Support the delivery of a P2P implementation across the full project lifecycle
*Work closely with business leads to manage progress, risks, and dependencies
*Lead specific workstreams within the P2P work package
*Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels
*Help define, redesign, and embed best practice P2P processes
*Support training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual
Key Requirements*Proven experience supporting or delivering P2P implementations (ideally SAP)
*Strong understanding of P2P processes and best practice
*Experience working on business change or transformation programmes
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Desirable*Experience in large, complex or regulated environments
*Knowledge of SAP P2P or equivalent systems
*Exposure to areas such as e-invoicing, workflows, catalogue purchasing, or purchasing cards
