Description
*Oversee landlord H&S compliance (gas, electric)
*Manage compliance programmes and inspections
*Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
*Support policy and compliance improvements
*Monitor contractor delivery and performance
*Provide reporting and assurance to management
Profile
*Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)
*Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
*Understanding of M&E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)
*Strong organisation and project coordination skills
*Ability to interpret and apply regulations
